Well if they were going to the US, it would be just for one fight (to get Hughie to pull out and fight Hammer). Then they could happily go to the UK.

Not saying this is going to happen, it's risky, but imo there's a good chance JP loses to Hughie in the UK, so it's worth a look.

Parker has to fight SOMEBODY in the UK if he's gonna go over there to establish his reputation. Might as well be Hughie.

It would be incredibly risky. You are dealing with a family that is famous for being unpredictable and a promoter, Frank Warren, who can be very bitter at times. He already doesn't like Duco, it wouldn't surprise me if Hughie took the fight in the US just to see Duco drown. Surely Duco will be aware of all this.

Exactly. This is the risk. 


And what if Hughie pulls out and Parker has to fight Hammer.  Where is that fight gonna take place?  Nz again? So Parker and Duco are back to square one.  

If they have any common sense they will make it in Manchester.  It'll do 10-15k at the gate and decent viewing figures on BT.  Good money to be made, everyone's happy.
