The IBF wanted Fury to fight their mandatory instead of a rematch with Klit. He refused. They threw Fury out of their ranking.
TBF Fury didn't just refuse and decide to fight Wlad, there was a rematch clause in the initial contract he signed which the IBF have since stated they knew nothing about which is total bs.
