I think he has done well with JP
Can't think of anyone else local that could do such big deals on that stage...

Who can argue with how far he took Parker?  Best boxing promoter NZ has ever produced.  Evidence of that is that Parker has stayed with him during the highs and lows.  Made him a multi-millionaire, and he still has much of it!

actually I wonder why he isn't promoting more from NZ or further afield to me seems like he could do a good job for any young fighter with the connections he has made

If he actually believes what he says then he's selling his lad down the river taking him back to England.

I see what your saying but I feel its a good fight to take- yes Chisora is a risk but so it should be at this level. I'm not sure a US promoter would have given JP any better.
Eddie Hearn has plans whether it is the enhancement of JP over his UK stable is to be seen but winning this fight is fully up to JP and KB.
The chances of a title fight after for either fighter looks remote.
Like (if JP gets W) a fight v Pulev-Povetkin (if he bears Hughie)
More like EH wants to offer JP up to Usyk..
Anyway JP is 3-4 wins away min from a title fight- lots of backwards and forwards in the div likely before Xmas and he would have to stay unbeaten in those fights

If Ruiz beats AJ again, I reckon Parker's next. Ruiz believes he was hard done by in there title fight. He'll want to avenge that loss asap.

Depends as usual on $$ + the likes of Pulev will cry that they are mandatory.
Wilder or Fury will generate huge offers but I think most likely couple belts will be stripped which then gives JP a better chance
Reply
Absolutely - expect 2 belts to be stripped.
