Who would still be fighting Australaisian boxers in his 23rd pro fight. This was the same Sir Bob that condemned the Botha fight because Joe wasn't ready, he wanted Joe to fight for another year or so before stepping up to the likes of Frans.

I applaud Duco for hiring KB, paying Joe's salary so he could train in Vegas, and getting him quality fights in NZ leading up to a belt. But now that ship has sailed, and Joe needs to find a better trainer than KB and a promoter who's not getting a divorce. Won't happen though. He'll stick with KB and go with Mr Higgins to the UK to fight Hughie and Bellew.

Last top 20 fight before Joe would have been Tua vs Ustinov.

That's who Cojanu reminds me of a little.

Ustinov - a big durable lump - but without his skills

he wasn't that durable when donovan dennis laid him flat with a right hand, but Parker made him look "McCall-esque"

Donovan is a Southpaw and caught him for that reason.

Fury camp hyping the fight up again, love this. I want to see Joe get fired up for this bout

Quote:Hughie Fury's promoter Frank Warren has kept up his offensive on Joseph Parker's camp, saying the WBO heavyweight champion "isn't living up to his early promise" and his "limitations have been exposed".

A day after Warren labelled Parker's backers Duco Events "a bunch of amateurs" and "a nightmare" to deal with, the veteran British promoter got personal about the unbeaten Kiwi star.

"Parker's limitations were exposed by his lowly-ranked sparring partner Razvan Cojanu who, without carrying any obvious threat, managed to make the Kiwi look ordinary,"

raz was throwing punches and trying to win that fight which changes every thing imo

There's throwing and there's throwing. The only time Raz threw was when Joe stayed close to him after throwing, like in the last round. Instead, he mostly covered up and taunted. Still, as champ, it's Joe's job to break him down and open him up, like he did with Dimitrenko. When he couldn't, he settled for a UD by outboxing him. That's his Plan B, and it worked, but it wasn't impressive.
