Lucas browne is no longer with Jeff Fenech and is now working with Rodney Williams and Nigel Benn. To be honest I don't think they will make much difference like you say Browne is a Doorman and Chagaev should do him easy.

I see Browne KOi'ing him. He's small, not much power, only fights once a year of late, and has not fought anyone that good lately. In the old days, he could hang with Povetkin and Klit. Not now.

Washington, Mansour lash out at decision
Neither Gerald Washington (16-0-1, 11 KOs) or Amir Mansour (22-1-1, 16 KOs) was satisfied with the result of their ten round draw in an entertaining heavyweight clash on Tuesday night and both strongly criticized the judges’ scoring afterward.
Amir Mansour: “I knew what it was before I came over here, you know, Al Haymon territory. I knew if I didn’t blow him out, I wasn’t gonna get the decision…I’m actually surprised they gave me the draw…I gave the crowd something that they wanted to see. I gave the crowd excitement. That’s why they’re cheering me and they’re booing him. I’m a boxing fan’s boxer!”
Gerald Washington: “I think it’s a terrible decision. I definitely won the fight. No doubt about it. I won the first four rounds for sure. I rested up a little bit in the middle. The last three or four, he wasn’t even touching me. He was chasing me around. He wasn’t landing any shots at all.”

I missed the first 2 rounds, but assuming Washington won the first 2 round, then I had it a draw. I think the 12th round could have gone either way but gave it to Mansour. It looked to me like Washington tired after the 5th, slowed enough for Mansour to pressure him, and land some of glancing shots throughout the rest of the fight with a few solid body shots here and there. Nothing clean to the head, but Mansour was really active and Washington was not.
