I read today on the boxing24 forum that David has an extremely tough draw to get through.

Gutted for David Nyika. Where to now? I know things change but didn't he say a while ago that the pros didn't interest him?

There is one more chance for Nyika in the World repechage but apparently it will be even stiffer

Would you turn pro or carry on for another 4 years?

Would Duco see an opportunity to have David as a next HW off the ranks once JP makes it in the big leagues.

Will Junior Fa carry on with the sport and start beating the best in Australasia?

Hopefully he gets to Azerbaijan and wins the qualifier, otherwise it might be best to go the Duco way. Certainly be exciting for fans to see him in the pros

Qualifier next week, I reckon if he doesn't make the cut he will stay am until the next olympics. he's only 20 yo, he will be 25 in 2020 which is quite a normal age to turn pro these days. Although he doesn't sound that keen on turning pro anyway.

I hope he makes the cut but he seem's like a late developer physically anyway, he's pretty small (light) for the 91kg division. I imagine he will fill out a bit and he could be big for the division come 2025, he has the height, reach and speed to make it, he just needs a bit more pop on his punches
