Browne: At Least Briggs Wants Big Fights
By Ray Wheatley – World of Boxing

WBA #5 Lucas “Big Daddy” Browne (24-0, 21 KOs) would welcome a fight with WBA #8 Shannon Briggs (60-6-1, 53 KOs) for the vacant World Boxing Association title after Briggs posted the following on his Instagram account: “BREAKING: WBA to order Shannon Briggs and Lucas Browne to fight for Tyson Fury’s vacated WBA world heavyweight title.”

Browne has responded via his twitter account by saying “where’s a fuckwit, not in my level, Haye is a dog, at least Briggs wants big fights. I’ve ducked no one, it’s up to WBA.”

Former WBA champion Browne is coming off a ten round stoppage of Ruslan Chaegav in March and former WBO champion Briggs is coming off a KO over Emilio Zarate in May.

Go Brown Go. I like his chances.

I agree Sham. Briggs can bang, but throws very few punches.

Sham, you're taking Foreman's word for it? Ok, I'll take Holmes word for it with Parker. Seriously, who do you like, Klit or AJ?

Fluff piece. The same as the other ex-boxers saying they like all the other top contenders.
