Actually, after Tua's second comeback, Briggs thought he had a fight all lined up with Tua. Tua said he needed SEVEN more fights before he was ready. SEVEN. Never happened. Joshua and Parker will fight each other when it makes dollars and sense, probably in a couple of years if they are both standing and need to fight each other as a mandatory. Don't see it happening otherwise, as it's too risky for both fighters.
