Bellew is definitely below Takam and Ruiz. They would both convincingly beat him imo.

Not since he fought Takam. Then Dimitrenko and Ruiz. AJ and Wilder have faced the same level of competition. So if Duco is sucking in the public, so is Hearn and Haymon.
But let bygone's be bygones. Even if he faces Bellew, it's going to be a strong year for the heavyweights. We need Ortiz to fight someone good, though. Haye is done.
