Interesting but I'm not buying into this. So Jo couldn't throw jabs against Hughie hahaha then the fight plan they had was shit. I hope there plan with AJ is better!! Jo will need that Jab at its best.
just sounds like damage control because it somehow became public knowledge that JP had surgery.
truth be told, this is old news. I'm sure it was mentioned on here early on in this thread.
True Nigs. We talked about it in December, that he was training in Auckland and was going to have surgery at the end of the year. Can't remember if an elbow was mentioned...

(Which has been nearly every opponent in his pro career so far)
Takam showed some movement and nearly went the distance, and that’s factoring in that he must be old as Ortiz by now , the fight was taken at two weeks notice , and it was a premature stoppage .
( According to AJs dickriders he was supposed to be unconscious before the end of the first round.)
I think the fight going the distance is a great value bet
Both fighters have trimmed down and are in shape to Go the full 12.
Parker will be moving laterally , and changing angles.
This will be more a boxing match than a brawl.
I’ve gone a bit of an each way bet .
The fight go the distance @ $4.75
And Parker wins by decision @ $16
Takam actually moves his head though, Parker doesn't.
Parker's head movement is underated. Yes he is guilty on OFFENSE to keeping his head still at times post-combo, but when someone is throwing at Joe, he evades punches very well.
The video below is a highlight reel of evading Takams punches.

Ye Naki, Parker has concentration lapses and that's where he gets hit but other than that he is pretty good defensively. I think he's better than AJ, defensively. But AJ does bait his opponents and lure them in for a counter.
