Izu has him on the power department for sure, but I'm not sure he's better overall.

Maybe, but Izu has the size, reach, and power to trouble AJ. Parker didn't. I thought it was a mistake that Izu wasn't Joe's main training partner for AJ. He's like a mini AJ. Got everything AJ has, but on a smaller scale.
Never heard that Joe owned Izu in sparring. Anybody know for sure? Izu was the better prospect. He gassed against Breazeale, as we all know. I think he won't come back from that. Lost his promoter, financing, got homesick, trainer?, etc.

Joe has all the natural ability and has never developed his power. Joe could be so much more. Its up to him now to make the right moves and get someone who knows how to develop power and new strategies to beat the top guys.
