So markk... I'm glad that Junior and the team are looking offshore. How many fights is he looking at for next year? 9 in nearly as many months for the year just gone can't be sustained can it?

There is prob only 3 fights left on nz . We fought heaps to keep him fit and active. After 3 Years off needed the work. Also is easy to get to 10-0 in this game but 20-0 is another kettle of fish.
Forgot Fa was there. Thanks for any feedback, markk. I don't think Fa will be on TV tomorrow, as they are only televising the last three fights. Maybe he'll make a highlight reel and we'll see his devastating KO.

Gd question. Fed increasing muscle over the long term . Main reason is junior hurt his hand in that uppercut on first round of Parker/Ruiz fight, he had 4 weeks of light training after sorting hand out. He is such a big rig we got the rating wrong over that 4 weeks and put in 5kg so he pulled it all off with a bit of extra muscle. I arrived last night and to be honest he looked in the best shape I've seen him in. Henry is very happy with the power and his intelligence of the game and fighting a southpaw. Saw Joe there and he was looking in shape. Big across the back.
