how is Parker gonna get to it?

Simply boxing strategies will readily present the AJ's jaw on a plate..  But, I have never seen an attempt to employ these 'skills' into JP's game nor evidence of them in a fight.  Incredible really that Joe has gone so far without any great skill set.

So, I'm with you die, I can't see Joe getting through AJ's jab and landing 'the bomb;.

Simple boxing strategies won't get to AJ's "glass" jaw.  He's either going to have to get into a firefight with AJ, get inside his jab and counter, or do "surprise" attacks while AJ is coming forward and not throwing yet.  I suggest the third option.  Unfortunately, having seen Joe's previous fights, I think he'll be on the end of AJ's jab and try unsuccessfully to counter while backing up.

I see AJ's "robotic" style as a plus for him.  Tight defense, tends to throw straight punches, moves forward ok.  One caveat: Klit knocked AJ down by throwing a jab, partially blinding AJ, and then the right.  Oldest trick in boxing.

Klit did well boxing at mid-long range but joe has a little better handspeed than klit but loses a lot of reach compared to him. I think JP's best asset is handspeed s i think closing distance quick, let a quick combination go then grab on and wait for the ref to seperate them.

Its that midde ground where joshua is most dangerous, when you come in on him and when you back out. If he employs the clinching then jp only has to worry about getting timed coming in
And, he has to worry about getting mauled and manhandled by clinching with the bigger man. He needs to get in there quick with his hand speed, and then get outta there. The problem is that his footwork would make that difficult. If I were KB, that's what I would work on. No long range or mid-range. Go from being OUT of range, then attack.
I hope he attacks hard and throws punches in bunches. like he did against Afa Tatupu. Although that probably wasn't the smartest way to fight Tatupu, and he gained a large cut from it. I think that strategy of engaging AJ and try to ruffle his feathers could be a good way to expose AJ's chin.

If he sits back and tries to box him, he will get owned, and lose a 12 round decision.
Danny - you have contacts in Team Parker.

Do you think this will be their likely gameplan?
Joe will need to do the same, smash the body, slow AJ down, try and take him late
This is going to be an epic fight.
