I mean it'd be entertaining

Fury HAS to come back at this sort of level, i cast my mind back to Ricky Hatton when he came back after a couple of years and he fought senchenko who was like a top 15-20 level fighter. I said at the time that was too high a level to come back at and should be a 2nd or even 3rd opponent after coming back.

Well i got laughed out of the building and sure enough Hatton got taken out late with a body shot. I still think hatton could have won that if he had taken on a couple of domestic journeymen first. He had a chance to fight paulie m for a world title which went up in smoke. Just bad matchmaking.

Lets see fury take 2-3 easy fights, get used to being a pro boxer again before he goes in for a big fight.

My matchmaking for fury

March 2018 - Briggs

June 2018 - David Price

September 2018 Manuel Charr (WBA Regular title)

Early 2019 Joshua/Parker or Wilder
You've got a winner there, Infern0. What? I agree with Infern0. Yep. Merry Christmas.
Browne calls out Whyte
By Ray Wheatley – World of Boxing

Australian Heavyweight Lucas “Big Daddy” Browne says the ball is firmly in Dillian Whyte’s court as to whether the proposed clash on March 24 is to go ahead. The bout has been slated for the O2 Arena in London and both boxers have been very vocal in calling for the fight to be made.

“I heard from my promotional team this morning,” said Browne. “They informed me that Eddie Hearn has been in touch and he said that Whyte is in control of the financials. I guess that means there’s a certain amount in the pot for the fight. Apparently, Eddie is going to have one last try to get Whyte to move.”

Browne’s manager Matt Clark added, “There were rumors on the net that we had been offered $300,000. I can categorically say that the purse we are asking for is less than that. We want a fair purse for Lucas for what will be an absolute tear up of a fight.”

Browne says a clash against Whyte is what he wants.

“I just hope Whyte doesn’t deny the fans this fight,” Browne stated. “I have an option in the United States that has a lot more money on the table and against a top notch opponent, but coming to London and belting Whyte in front of the fantastic UK boxing crowd is my preferred choice. Let’s hope Dillian isn’t too greedy. I know he’ll be earning more than me, that’s fine. I just want a fair amount and I’ll sign the deal, train, fly over to London and bash him.”

I like Eastside, and have been following them for about 20 years. Even wrote some ringside articles for them in the Tua years. I was trying to think why you didn't like them. I read a line that said that AJ was afraid he'd lose to Wilder and that irked you. Can't blame you for that, as it was a stupid comment. AJ/Wilder is all about money. AND, I think AJ KO's Wilder. James Slater was the main writer for them, probably still is, and he was a good journalist.

Anyone, don't think it's a troll website anymore than fightnews is.

Quote:All of the writers on there are actually Eddy Pronishev and David Rosenberg of ESB. They even changed ESB to look exactly like their other site. They even started writing the same articles, almost word for word, under a variety of fake names on ESB like Michael Collins.

Gilfoid, Williams, Mckay, Ambrose are all one and the same. They fabricate quotes, create fake news and even post material that is months old. I saw something they posted last week from David Price, using quotes from September of last year and passing it off as new.

Thanks for that, Infern0. As Trump would say, "sad."
